Facing to the integrated optimization of process planning and Jobshop scheduling, a resource scheduling organization model was established that based on virtual manufacturing unit. Process and scheduling were integrated through three stages with technical analysis, resource analysis and detailed design: coarse route was formulated in the technical analysis phase, and then optimized integration was made for the manufacturing resources which met the conditions in the resource analysis phase. Moreover the concept of scheduling factor was introduced in the phase of detailed design. The matching selection of the working procedure and manufacturing resources was met by scheduling factor, so the optimal process route and production planning is made. At last it demonstrates the effectiveness and feasibility of this method by an example.
