The dynamics simulation was made based on the cosimulation modeling of the mechanical system and the hydraulic system model of the 220 ton electric wheel mine truck. At first, a fourwheel and doublefreedom (2-D) mathematical model was established which was more reasonable than a “twowheel and 2-D”. The stable steering property of the 220 ton electric wheel mine truck was analyzed, and a stable steering simulation in ADAMS was carried out. At last, the stress analysis of steering cylinder and steering tie rod on multiple conditions by the cosimulation model was made. The results verify that the correctness of hydraulic steering system of the mine truck, and the sample car has an understeering property, with good handling stability.
