Abstract:A carrying manipulator based on hydraulic control was designed. The control structure was used of ATmega16 8bit microcontroller (MCU), and used Proteus and Atmel Studio60 software for control and simulation. Good control of equipment operation was realized, which provided fully automatic snatching and material handling work for CNC turret lathe, and reduced a large amount of manual labor intensity. This manipulator can also be extended to the heat treatment workshop for quenching and tempering, carburizing and other hot working process and casting, machining, assembly, and other industrial production.
