By aimed at the problem of pressure fluctuation in quantitative pumpoverflow valve system caused by the changes of oil temperature, experimental study was carried out on the QCS003 test board in the lab. The test result shows that the rising of the oil temperature can cause the reducing of the system pressure, and the regulation of pressure variation of system is gotten. The effect factors are analyzed, and for change degree of each factor affecting the system pressure. 
