密封式隧道型电烘炉链网回镗结构设计

    摘要:

    针对传统隧道炉结构设计存在的问题,提出一种密封式隧道型电烘炉的设计,采用密封式链网回镗结构,实现工作段与非工作段链网均保温,减少非工作段链网的热量损失。通过对动滚轮的受力分析,推导临界有效拉力方程,确定合适的链网包角;基于链网回膛结构的动力学特性分析,推导链网极限动张力的计算公式,确定链网与滚筒之间不打滑的必要条件,有效保证链网的平稳传动。测试结果表明:密封式隧道炉节能效果大大优于传统敞开式隧道炉,节能效果明显。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the existing problems of traditional tunnel furnace structure design, a seal-style tunnel electric oven was studied in which seal-style chain mesh belt return furnace structure was used to realize heat preservation of working and nonworking chain mesh belt, and reduce the heat-loss of non-working chain mesh belt. Through analysis on the force of scroll, the equation of critical effective tension was derived to determine the appropriate wrap angle. Based on the dynamic characteristic analysis of seal-style chain mesh belt return-furnace structure, the formula of limited dynamic tension was derived, and the necessary conditions of non-slip between chain mesh belt and scroll were achieved to ensure the steady transmission. Test results show that it is obviously better than the traditional open-style tunnel oven on energy saving effect.
