精密主轴动态回转误差的实验研究

    摘要:

    主轴系统的动态回转误差对精密机床的加工精度有重要影响,通过误差测试、查找误差源可进一步提高机床加工精度,同时为下一代的产品研发提供数据支持。对主轴回转误差的产生原因及不同形式回转误差对镗床各项加工性能的影响进行了讨论,采用可量化指标评定主轴动态回转误差。以某型号精密卧式坐标镗床主轴为实验测试对象,测试分析主轴系统的径向固定、旋转敏感度、轴向固定敏感度及倾斜敏感度等性能参数随转速的变化情况。结果表明:主轴的回转误差受转速的影响,在空载、高速运转状态下较明显,需根据实际零件加工精度需要,选择合适的加工速度。

    Abstract:

    Dynamic error motion of the spindle system has great impact on the machining accuracy of the precise machine tool. It can improve the maching precision of the machine tool and provide data support for the next generation of product research through error testing and finding the error sources. The causes of the error of the spindle system and different forms of the rotary errors affect the performance of boring machine each processing were discussed, quantifiable indicators were used to evaluate the error motion. The varitation trend of the radial-fixed,radial-rotating, axial-fixed and tilt sensitivity of the spindle system were analyzed from a type of precise horizontal coordinate boring machine. The result shows that the speed of the spindle has great impact on the dynamic error motion and the error motion is obvious without load and with high speed. It needs to choose suitable speed according the need of the precision of the parts that need to be machined.
