Abstract:Aimed at conventional hydraulic machine forging the workpiece during operation, the speed is always at state running frequency, the status of energy consumption of the entire system has large presence in the work process, variable frequency and speed adjusting control was proposed based on the way of programmable logic control (PLC). This control method was to run at different speeds in different sessions by controlling the hydraulic machine, and was kept running at low speed in standby, which not only ensured stable operation of hydraulic machines, but also through different speed options to arrive the aim of reduce energy consumption and save energy. After field testing, as compared to conventional hydraulic machine control, this control method can effectively reduce noise, and achieve effect of energy savings of around 20%.
