Abstract:By taking a sonic drilling hydraulic vibration head as research object, the hydraulic vibration system was modeled and analyzed with simulation by using the AMESim software. The effect laws of system pressure and oil flow to every parameters of hydraulic vibration system were explored, and the leakage of hydraulic vibration system was analyzed. The results show that amplitude and speed of the vibrating piston are increased along with increasing of system pressure and fuel flow, and the amplitude increased approximately linearly. The greater the gap, the more serious is leakage, and the effects of gap size on the leakage are more significant. Sealing length is larger, the smaller leakage is. The system pressure is bigger, and then the amount of leakage is also increased.
