复合控制数字变量泵的特性分析

    摘要:

    设计了一种基于矢量控制与高速开关阀控制的数字变量泵的系统简图,提出了数字变量泵的控制方案,建立了数字变量泵的数学模型,根据控制方案及数学模型,利用AMEsim与Simulink软件搭建了数字变量泵的联合仿真模型,并分析了不同转速增益、外加负载、控制流量对数字变量泵动态特性的影响。结果表明,设计的数字变量泵总体性能有较大幅度的提升,变量范围宽,控制精度高,响应速度快,且节能效果较为理想。

    Abstract:

    A schematic diagram of digital displacement pump based on vector control and high-speed on/off valve control was designed. The control scheme of digital displacement pump was proposed. The mathematic model of digital displacement pump was set up. According to the control scheme and the mathematical model, the co-simulation model of digital displacement pump was established by using AMESim software and Simulink software. Then the influences on dynamic characteristics of digital displacement pump based on different parameters which were speed gain, applied load and control flow were analyzed. The results show that the overall performance of designed digital displacement pump have more substantial improvement, wide variable range, high control precision, fast response and quite ideal in energy-saving effect.
