摩擦加载式负载模拟器摩擦盘温度场研究

    摘要:

    不同于一般的负载模拟器,摩擦加载式负载模拟器是利用摩擦力加载实现消除多余力和提高频宽的。基于热力学理论和摩擦学理论,建立了负载模拟器上摩擦片温度场的数学模型;以一对摩擦副相对运动为研究对象,采用ABAQUS软件分析了摩擦盘表面在不同压力和不同转速下的温度场分布规律。结果表明:摩擦盘接触界面上的温度值与所受的压力成正比;摩擦盘接触界面上的温度值与摩擦盘/片之间的转速成正比;采取通风冷却的方式明显比未加入冷却时的温度值降低了很多,而且温度上升的速率也明显减小。

    Abstract:

    The friction-loaded load simulator is different from general load simulator, and the simulator load friction to eliminate the surplus torque and widen the bandwidth. The simulator's mathematical model of temperature field on friction slice was established based on thermodynamic theory and tribology theory. By a pair of friction's relative movement as a research object, the friction disk surface temperature field's distribution law under different pressure and different speed was analyzed by using ABAQUS software. The results show that the temperature of the contact interface of friction disk is proportional to the pressure. The friction disc temperature of interface is proportional to the rotating speed between the friction disk and slice. When cooling by ventilation, the temperature declines a lot, and the rising rate of temperature is also significantly reduced.
