Highstrength plate bending mold has advantages such as high hardness, light quality, etc, compared with ordinary bending mold. The 3D model of the mold was established through the preliminary design of the highstrength plate bending mold and simulation analysis for stress was conducted. Under different working conditions, bending tests of highstrength plate bending mold were conducted. The results show that this mold has the capacity to bend, which can meet the requirements.
