    摘要:

    通过研究液力变矩叉车传动特性,研制出一套可实现液力变矩叉车缓动功能的控制装置。该装置通过检测操纵手柄位置,采用台达PLC控制步进电机驱动丝杠运动,从而实现对发动机转速的控制;通过触摸屏修改控制参数进行现场调试,实现液力变矩叉车在怠速作业时,通过操纵手柄就可以顺利稳定的平移、提升或倾斜作业,从而使得叉车操作更加方便,且降低了操作人员的劳动强度,具有很高的性价比。

    Abstract:

    By researching on the transmission characteristics of hydraulic torque forklifts, a control device which achieved its inching function was developed. Through detected position of the operation handle, using Delta programmable logic controller (PLC) to control stepper motor driven lead screw movement, the control of rotational speed of the engine was achieved. By modifying the control parameters via touchscreen onsite commissioning, the forklift at idle operation was achieved, through the manipulation of the handle, smooth and stable plane movement, lift or tilt operation were enabled. Thereby operation of the forklift is made more convenient, and the operators labor intensity is reduced, which has a very high value in market applications.
