    摘要:

    基于深海环境的特殊性,以及在现场进行观察和研究的难度较大,在实验室建立深海模拟系统进行研究工作显得尤为重要。针对现有的高精度深海压力模拟装置,分析了充压至5 MPa后压力缸几何尺寸的变化,根据相关计算公式推导出了在密闭容腔内液体体积改变量与压力变化量之间存在迭代关系,然后通过MATLAB计算软件绘出了大、小活塞进给量与压力变化量的关系曲线图,得出了进给量与压力变化量之间近似呈线性关系,分析出可以通过精度较高的位移传感器来测量压力并且可以获得比标准压力传感器更高的精度,进而得出对于微小的压力波动可以通过位移传感器来精确标定的结论。

    Abstract:

    is particularly important to establish the deepsea simulation system in the laboratory for research work when considering the particularity of deepsea environment and the difficulty of the observation and research on the spot. Aiming at existing deepsea pressure simulator, the change of the geometry size of the pressure cylinder after the pressure arrived 5 MPa was analyzed. According to the relevant calculation formula, the airtight vessel iterative relationship between liquid volume change and pressure variation was deduced, then the relationship diagrams between the large and small piston feed rate and the changes of pressure were plotted through the calculation software MATLAB, and the relationship between the feed rate and the changes of pressure was approximate linear, measuring pressure through the displacement sensor of high precision was analyzed and higher precision could be gotten than the standard pressure sensor. Then small pressure fluctuation can be calibrated accurately by displacement sensor.
