矿用履带车行走限速系统液压马达制动特性分析

    摘要:

    以矿用履带车行走作业工况为依据,确定采用行走限速制动回路。采用功率键合图建立履带车行走作业时行走限速系统数学模型,得到液压回路的状态方程。在此基础上利用AMESim仿真软件建立系统的仿真模型,分析背压阀的预紧力、弹簧刚度和阻尼孔直径对马达液压制动特性的影响。结果表明:阻尼孔直径对液压马达制动特性的影响最大,弹簧刚度的影响次之,预紧力的影响最小。

    Abstract:

    The walk speed limiting brake circuit was identified to use based on the working conditions of the mine crawler car. The mathematical model of the walking speed limiting system was adopted by using the power bond graph when the crawler car walked, and the hydraulic circuit state equations were obtained. The system simulation model was built by using AMESim. The influences of the pre-stressing force, spring stiffness and damping hole diameter of back pressure valve on hydraulic braking characteristics of motor were analyzed. The results show that the characteristics of the hydraulic motor braking are affected by the damping hole diameter most, the second one is the spring stiffness, the last one is the pre-stressing force.
