    摘要:

    针对酸轧联机压下油缸压力传感器内置安装的问题,设计了一套酸轧联机压下油缸压力传感器外置安装可行性实验研究的数据采集系统,并运用该系统对压力传感器外置安装方式进行实验分析。结果表明:静压状态下,直线型油管的最大相对压力沿程损失为068%,弯折型油管的最大相对压力沿程损失为236%,直线型油管的压力沿程损失小于弯折型油管的;对于低静压实验,压力传感器外置安装方式的改进方案是可行的。

    Abstract:

    An experimental acquisition system was designed for the feasibility research about the exterior placement of pressure sensor of pressing cylinder on acid rolling line, by aimed at the problem of placement. Based on using of the system, experimental analysis was carried out about the placement method. The results show that under static pressure, the relatively maximum pressure loss value in straight oil pipeline is 068% all the way, and the value in curved oil pipeline is 236% all the way. The loss of straight pipeline is smaller than that of curved. The exterior placement method of the pressure sensor is feasible under the static pressure experiment.
