    摘要:

    针对人工气动造浪系统的远程管理和维护需求,提出一种结合GRM200G PLC通信模块的基于GPRS无线远程传输技术和PLC现场控制终端的人工造浪智能监控系统方案。通过以西门子PLC为终端设备核心的人工气动造浪系统终端将人工气动造浪系统的运行状况和故障信息经GPRS网络及时发送到远程监控中心,然后经过监控中心上位机软件的操纵,实现了对人工气动造浪系统的远程监控,解决了运用GRM200G PLC通信模块实现远程无线信号传输的难题。

    Abstract:

    According to remote management and maintenance requirements for artificial pneumatic wavemaker system, the program of artificial wavemaker intelligent monitoring system was proposed based on GPRS wireless remote transmission technology and PLC field control technology combining GRM200G PLC communication module.Artificial pneumatic wavemaker system terminal based on SIEMENS PLC terminal equipment was sent the artificial pneumatic wavemaker system running status and fault information to the remote monitoring center via the GPRS network, and the software of computer monitoring center was operated, then remote control to the artificial pneumatic wavemaker system was realized. The problem using GRM200G PLC communication module to realize remote wireless signal transmission was solved.
