Abstract:Aimed at mechanical boring spindle horizontal machining center in high speed range (2 000~3 000 r/min) of spindle telescopic processing, the thermal deformation and its reason were researched, and the effective and feasible compensation methods were found out, in order to meet the mechanical boring axis horizontal machining center used under the condition of high machining accuracy requirements. After testing, it finds that the parameters of the thermal effect, the temperature rises significantly in the back of boring axis bearing position, and has good linear fitting relationship with thermal elongation of boring axis. By using PTl00 type temperature sensor for temperature data collection and feedback to the CNC system of axial compensation, eventually, the needs of processing are satisfied.
