激振频率与动平衡对机床本体噪声影响的研究和应用

    摘要:

    针对开发6 000 r/min卧加主轴箱高速运行时噪声过大的问题,通过对振动频率、振动幅度分析和修正着手,对整机模型进行模态分析和优化,提高整机激振频率,有效避开机床共振,并对主轴箱内各轴系动平衡按平衡精度G25进行修正,降低主轴轴系的振幅,最后达到主轴在6 000 r/min高速运行时噪声仅为60 dB,远小于高精度机床噪声公司内部标准75 dB和国家标准80 dB的要求。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the problem during development that over high noise of spindle box running at a high speed of 6 000 r/min of bed machining, by analysis of vibration frequency and vibration amplitude, and correction, modal analysis and optimization of the whole machine model are carried out. The excitation frequency of the whole machine was enhanced, and its resonance was effectively avoided. Moreover machine tool spindle box of each shafting dynamic balancing was corrected according to balancing precision G25 so as to reduce the amplitude of spindle shafting. Finally,the spindle reached at 6 000 r/min of high speed with noise is only at 60 dB, which is far less than the requirements of high precision machine tool company of internal standard 75 dB of noise and the national standard GB 80 dB.
