Abstract:Aimed at the problem during development that over high noise of spindle box running at a high speed of 6 000 r/min of bed machining, by analysis of vibration frequency and vibration amplitude, and correction, modal analysis and optimization of the whole machine model are carried out. The excitation frequency of the whole machine was enhanced, and its resonance was effectively avoided. Moreover machine tool spindle box of each shafting dynamic balancing was corrected according to balancing precision G25 so as to reduce the amplitude of spindle shafting. Finally,the spindle reached at 6 000 r/min of high speed with noise is only at 60 dB, which is far less than the requirements of high precision machine tool company of internal standard 75 dB of noise and the national standard GB 80 dB.
