    摘要:

    可用性是用户评价可修复系统最重要的指标,可靠性与维修性耦合决定了系统的动态可用性水平。以动态可用性为核心,研究可修复系统的故障率(可靠性)、修复率(维修性)的内在联系及其对可用性的影响和相互耦合,建立可修复系统的瞬时可用度模型、稳态可用度模型以及所规定的时间区间内平均可用度模型,从而形成一组可用性的动态模型。结合某系列数控车床可用性分析表明,这种可用性动态分析能够有效地描述不同时间历程可用性的动态变化,对系统的可靠性状况和维修性预测具有重要的指导意义。

    Abstract:

    Availability is the most important index for evaluation of repairable system for users, and the dynamic availability level is determined by the coupling of reliability and maintainability. The dynamic availability as the core, the inner link of failure (reliability), repair rate(maintainability) and mutual influence and couplings of availability for repairable system were studied, instantaneous availability model, steady state availability model and average availability model in specified time interval for repairable system were built, and a set of usability dynamic mode was formed. Combining with the analysis for some series of availability of CNC machine, dynamic analysis can describe dynamic change of the process of availability in different time effectively, and it is an important guiding significance for the prediction of reliability and maintainability for the system.
