The costeffective intelligent spraypainting robots have extensive application prospect in the field of furniture production. The control system of the robot was designed based on PC+PMAC. On request, the hardware structure and software framework were set up. The humancomputer interaction interface was written by using C++ Builder. Meanwhile, the control system was debugged according to the actual situation. Proof by facts, the design reaches the expected requirement.
