    摘要:

    设计实现了一种机床联网系统解决方案,以以太网通信为基础采用统一通信协议、数据格式,并针对不同型号机床设计网络终端转换为机床能识别的通信协议和数据格式进行通信,使不同机床接入同一网络,进行统一管理。实现了机床实时状态监测,工作日志、加工记录的管理,加工程序的下发等功能。并于实际运用中取得良好效果。

    Abstract:

    A CNC machine tools networking system was designed and realized based on the Ethernet communication. Unified communication protocol, data format were adopted in the Ethernet communication,but the protocol, data format in communication between network terminal and machine tools were converted to another style which could be identified by the machine tool. So different machine tools could be accessed to the same network to realize unified management. The machine tool condition realtime monitoring, processing and working log management, machine program management were implemented. Good effect has be gained during actual operation.
