    摘要:

    像增强型ICCD作为一种微光探测器,对紫外探测的研究和发展有着十分重要的意义,紫外探测技术在导弹预警系统中得到广泛的应用,为现代装备的精密测量技术提供一个准确的参考和标准。通过调整三维调整机构和精密导轨,改变光锥CCD组件的光敏面与像增强器的荧光屏微通道板之间的距离,并通过图像采集系统,实时观察光锥CCD采集的图像,当图像达到最佳时,精确地测量出相对距离,以便给后续的迅速、准确的安装调试提供参考数据。同时,测力装置也为像增强器与待测光锥CCD的可靠耦合提供了保证。详细阐述了系统机械部分的详细设计原理。

    Abstract:

    As a kind of lowlightlevel detector, intensifier charge coupled device (ICCD) is very significant to the research and development of the ultraviolet detection. The ultraviolet detection technology is widely used in the missile warning system, which provides an accurate reference and standard for precise measurement technique of modern equipment. Through adjusting the three dimensional (3D) adjusting machine and the precision guide, the distance was changed between sensitivity surface of light cone CCD parts and microchannel board of flurescence panel of image intensifier, and the image was observed in realtime that gathered from CCD. When the image was the best, the relative distance was surveyed precisely, in order to provide reference data for the following installing and debugging. It provided guarantee that the CCD and the image intensifier had a reliable coupling by the force measured device. The detail design principle of the mechanical part of the system was explained.
