    摘要:

    用PLC作为核心控制器,触摸屏为上位机,设计了摩托车制动器拖滞力矩检测控制系统。详细分析了该系统的机械结构和工作原理、PLC程序控制流程和工控组态软件的设计,实现了对摩托车制动器拖滞力矩的准确检测和装配线上工作质量的控制,同时为新产品的开发提供有效的检测数据,使产品的技术参数指标达到更高的要求。

    Abstract:

    A motorcycle brake dragging moment test control system was designed based on using PLC as the core controller and touch panel as upper computer. Detail design processes for the mechanical structure, working principle of the system, the flow and control program of PLC and configuration program were analyzed. The system realizes the accurate test of dragging moment of the motorcycle brake and control of the quality of assembly line working, at the same time, provides effective testing data for the development of new products, and makes the product technical parameters reached higher requirements.
