    摘要:

    以一种机床滑架活动块的加工工艺为例,介绍利用常规的机械加工设备加工活动块保证两孔平行度的工艺方法。对几种不同的加工工艺进行比较、分析,了解各种加工工艺方法的优缺点和适用范围,从而得出效率高、经济性好、精度高的加工工艺方法,为同类产品的加工提供参考。

    Abstract:

    A processing technology method was introduced to ensure coaxiality of twoholes of bearing seat by making use of conventional machinery machining equipment, with an example of processing technology of a slider bearing seat in machine tool. Several different processing technologies were compared and analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of various processing technologies were understood. Thereby the processing technology method of high efficiency, economical and high precision is obtained, which provides reference for processing of similar type of products.
