    摘要:

    通过对行车制动性能标准的分析得到了性能要满足的最低要求,即行车制动性能要求为制动距离最长114 m,计算并确定了相应的制动力矩,实现方案初定。根据制动器的具体方案进行各种工况的校核,确定了最终的性能计算结果。针对100 t矿用自卸车车型进行制动盘热机耦合分析,从盘体材料的性能和载荷方面对摩擦副进行了温度场、应力场及热膨胀量的分析,并通过全周期制动性能验证。结果表明:该制动系统完全符合要求,从而确保了整车的制动性能。

    Abstract:

    By analyzing the ISO3450,the minimum requirements for braking performance to be satisfied for offhighway dump truck were obtained. The service brakes distance was up to 114 meters as required. The corresponding braking torque was calculated and determined for the initial implementation scheme. Various work conditions according to the concrete scheme of brake were checked, and the final performance results by calculation were confirmed. Aiming to the analysis of thermal mechanical coupling brake disc of one 100 tons mining dump truck, in the performance and load the material disc aspect, the analysis of temperature field, stress field and thermal expansion of the friction pair was carried out, and verification of the braking performance of the vehicle in full cycle was passed. The results show that the braking system fully meets requirements, so the overall brake performance of the vehicle is ensured.
