    摘要:

    变频液压调速系统具有能量消耗低、调速范围宽、控制精度高等优势,越来越受到业界重视,但因为它存在环节多和控制死区等不足,使调节快速性和工作效率降低,限制了其应用范围。在综合分析目前3种典型的变频液压调速系统的基础上,提出了变频泵阀并联液压调速系统方案。仿真结果表明:该方案能兼顾泵控系统能源效率高和阀控系统调节速度快的特点,具有一定的理论研究和实践应用价值。

    Abstract:

    Variable frequency hydraulic speed control system has high values in low energy consumption, broad speed control range and high control accuracy, which receives more and more attention in industrial circle. But because of it also has more links and control dead zone, quick adjusting characteristic and operation efficiency are decreased, so its applied range is limited. On basis of comprehensively analyzing three kinds of existing typical variable frequency hydraulic speed control system, a scheme of variable frequency hydraulic speed control system with pump and valve parallel connection was put forward. The simulation result shows that the scheme can have both high energy efficiency of pump control and quick adjusting speed characteristic of valve control system, which has certain value in theoretical study and practical application.
