    摘要:

    针对传统大型复杂消失模具制造工艺的缺陷,开发了基于数字化的成形技术。控制系统采用IPC和PMAC的两级控制结构,研究PMAC运动实现过程,利用VC++在windows平台下开发双层结构的通讯程序,人机交互界面管理程序,PMAC控制卡底层运动控制程序。结合消失模大进给,对切削力小的工艺进行微小直线段的前瞻性优化控制策略研究,实现插补加工路径的自适应优化控制,并验证插补优化的结果。结果表明:优化后的工艺节省加工时间167 s,加工曲面的精度达到001 mm,并缩短了单件小批量复杂模具的开发周期。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the deficiency of the manufacturing technology in traditional large and complex disappear mould (EPC), the digital based forming technology was developed. The control system was adopted of two levels control structure of the IPC and PMAC, and did the research about PMAC motion control implementation. The software were developed of the program by VC++ on Windows platform including the communication program of doublelayer structure, manmachine interface (MMI) management procedures and the underlying motor control program of PMAC control card. Research was conducted of the prospective optimization control strategy based on processing requirements which contained the high speed and big feed movement of EPC on micro straight line with small cutting force, which realized the adaptive optimal control of interpolation machining path and verified the result of interpolation optimization. The results show that the technology after optimization saves 167 s in machining time, the accuracy of machining curved surface reaches at 001 mm, and cuts short of the development cycle of complex mould for singular part in a small batch.
