    摘要:

    针对液压激振系统在高频段控制效果差的问题,提出了一种位移加速度混合控制策略,控制算法中将位移、加速度控制相结合,低频以位移控制为主、高频以加速度控制为主,既保证了控制稳定性,又改善了液压激振系统高频特性以及加速度波形失真度。通过某型液压运输试验台进行验证,采用常规伺服控制的随机振动试验严重超差,而采用混合控制方式则能获得了良好的控制效果。试验结果表明混合控制策略能够对液压激振系统高频段起明显改善作用,并且该算法简单易于实现,且控制稳定。

    Abstract:

    Aimed at the problem of poor control effect in the highfrequency about the hydraulic excitation system, a displacement and acceleration hybrid control stragety was proposed. In the control algorithm, the displacement and acceleration control were combined with the lowfrequency displacement controloriented and highfrequency acceleration controloriented. Not only the stability control was ensured, but also the highfrequency characteristics of the hydraulic excitation system and the acceleration waveform distortion were improved. Through a hydraulic transportation test system, using a random vibration test, the traditional servo control was very poor, while the hydrid control method was able to get a satisfied control effect. The test results show that the control stragety is satisfying and improved in the highfrequency. In the meantime, the algorithm is simple and easy to implement, and with control stability.
