Based on the disadvantage of the old erase head, a new type of new erase head was designed. The head was composed of servo motor, synchronous belt, high pressure rotating body etc. The function of each component was described. Compared to the old cleaning device, the new erase head has the advantages of simple structure, accurate indexing, low cost and convenient repair.
