    摘要:

    对柴油机高压共轨燃油喷射系统中的共轨管进行了研究,介绍了共轨系统的组成结构和工作原理,利用GTFuel分析软件建立了仿真模型。分析了共轨管材料弹性模量和共轨管厚度对共轨管内燃油压力的影响。仿真结果表明:共轨管材料弹性模量越大,对轨压波动抑制效果越好;过大的共轨管壁厚对燃油压力波动抑制作用不明显。其仿真数据为共轨管的设计、制造和模拟提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    Common rail pipe of diesel engine high pressure common rail fuel injection system was studied, and common rail system structure and working principles were introduced. By using GTFuel analysis software,the system simulation model was established, and the effect of common rail material elasticity modulus on the common rail pressure was analyzed. Simulation results show that,the greater the common rail pipe elasticity modulus,the better inhibitory effect is on rail pressure fluctuation. The inhibitory effect of too much wall thickness on common rail fuel pressure fluctuation is not obvious. The inhibitory effect of too much wall thickness on common rail fuel pressure fluctuation is not obvious. The simulation data provides a theoretical reference for the design,production and simulation of common rail pipe.
