    摘要:

    利用FLUENT对3种目前常用于工业管道内壁高压水射流除锈的锥形、圆柱形和锥直形喷嘴的水射流流场进行数值模拟分析,然后对射流流场特性最好的喷嘴型式采用正交试验得出其最佳结构尺寸。结果表明:锥直型喷嘴的水射流流场特性最好,流体速度在喷嘴收缩段迅速增加,在水平过渡段出现等速流核区,在半径方向上的径向速度无明显波动,更利于除锈;喷嘴锥直形长度L为17 mm,水平过渡段长度l为6 mm,喷嘴直径d为1 mm,收缩角α为16°除锈效果最优。

    Abstract:

    By using FLUENT, a numerical simulation analysis is respectively conducted on conical, cylindrical and conical straight nozzles water jet flow field of which are currently widely used in industrial pipe high pressure jet descaling. By orthogonal experiments to the best jet nozzle type of flow field characteristics, its optimum structure size was gained. The results show that: the conical straight nozzles water jet flow field characteristics are the best, fluid velocity increases rapidly in the nozzles convergent section, uniform flow nuclear zone appears at the horizontal transition phase, in the radial direction the radial velocity without significant fluctuations is more conducive for descaling. When straight taper length L of the nozzle is 17 mm, the length l of the horizontal transition section is 6 mm, the nozzle diameter d is 1 mm and the contraction angle α is 16°, the effect of descaling is the best.
