    摘要:

    由于采用传统的方法对挖掘机工作装置运动情况的验证及其铲斗的结构优化存在工作量大、不精确和不直观等缺点,为此提出了一种虚拟样机技术。利用该技术对挖掘机的工作装置进行了运动仿真,得出了挖掘机工作的各种运动参数,通过对结果的分析验证了该设计的合理性。以挖掘机的主要工作零件(铲斗)为研究对象,利用Simulation对铲斗零件进行有限元分析,根据挖掘机铲斗的静力分析结果,找出了铲斗的缺陷,并提出相应的优化方案,最终满足工作要求。

    Abstract:

    Since existed of heavy workload, imprecise, not intuitive, and other shortcomings by utilizing the traditional methods to verify movement of the working device of excavator and optimize structure of excavatorbucket, therefore a kind of Virtual Prototype Technology (VPT) was proposed. Kinematics simulation of the work device of an excavator was made by adopting the VPT, and all kinds of kinematics parameters of that excavator were obtained in the practical work. The rationality of the design was validated by analyzing the results. By taking the main working part of excavatorbucket as the research object, the finite element analysis (FEA) of it was carried out by using the simulation. According to the bucket static strength analysis results, the defect bucket can be found out, and corresponding optimization schemes are proposed, which meet the job requirements finally.
