A 3D moving measurement machine was introduced, including its basic structure, kinematical principle and measures taken to reduce wind resistance and disturbed flow. Taking PLC+HMI as the core control system, both the hardware architecture and the control strategy were investigated. The practical result shows that this system has a low disturbance on the wind tunnel flow field and also has high accuracy and stability.
