Abstract:In order to improve the production efficiency and reduce production cost of liquid filling production line, optimizing the structure of liquid filling valve is required. The characteristics of the flow field of the filling valve were analyzed by using Fluent software, and the main factors affecting the filling rate were determined by using software. The structure of the filling valve was optimized by orthogonal test method. The fluid model was built by using UG software. The flow characteristics of different structures were analyzed and compared. Through simulation analysis, it is proved that the design is feasible and reasonable.
