Abstract:Aimed at the new wind turbine blade transportation equipment with hydraulic mechanism, the mathematical model was established between tractor, transportation equipment and blade. System vibration energy transfer, accumulator stiffness and throttle valve damping of the equipment were analyzed numerically. By considering modal of blade transportation state, the basic parameters of model of the equipment were gotten. The system effect under the road excitation of vibration acceleration and the accumulator volume was analyzed with simulation. The results show that the accumulator stiffness, damping throttle valve are the main parameters that influence the system performance. Optimal selection diameter of throttle hole, the accumulator volume and precharge pressure, and when the input frequency is greater than〖KG*3〗〖KF(〗2〖KF)〗 times of the natural frequency, vibration transmission rate is less than 0, and vibration acceleration of the blade is decreased significantly. Vibration displacement of position offset of static balance relative to blade is reduced, and vibration control performance of the system is greatly improved.
