    摘要:

    电子元器件引脚检测是印刷电路板在插件时必不可少的环节,而引脚的合格与否差别十分细微,需用精确和快速的检测方法进行判定。结合直立电容引脚图像的特点,在对引脚图像二值化分割的基础上,对连通区域的特征(面积和圆度)进行分析,排除噪声干扰,精确定位目标的位置,实现了对直立电容引脚的数目、尺寸和间距的检测。对比检测实验和重复测试稳定性实验结果表明:该检测方法的检测精度高,速度快,可以满足电子元器件引脚在线检测的要求。

    Abstract:

    Detection of electronic components pins is an essential part during assembling the printed circuit board,therefore,an accurate and fast method is needed to determine the subtle differences between qualified and unqualified pins. To detected the number,size and spacing of vertical capacitor pins,the features of vertical capacitor pins were considered and the area and circularity characteristics of connected region of binary image were analyzed to eliminate the interference of image noise and to locate the targets accurately.The results of the contrast test and stability test demonstrate the 〖BF〗method’s〖BFQ〗 high accuracy and high speed,and it can meet the requirements of online detection of electronic components pins.
