In order to research the influence of friction force on pressure on asymmetric cylinder controlled by valve in large aircraft structure fatigue test, the mathematical model of pressure was established. When asymmetric cylinder controlled by valve reversing, the change value of pressure influenced by the friction force was calculated with analysis. The system was simulated by using the AMEsim simulation software to obtain curve of pressure changing in corresponding, so as to verify the theoretical derivation. Simulation results show that the pressure jump in asymmetrical cylinder will increase with friction force and oscillation is appeared in the pressure curve. This research will provide reference to design of asymmetric cylinder used in large aircraft structure fatigue test.
