    摘要:

    基于ABAQUS系统强大的变形分析功能,对碳化硅颗粒增强铝基的铣削过程进行了有限元模拟分析。讨论了材料的等效简化模型、材料的各项参数、切屑与刀具间的摩擦类型以及网格的划分等关键技术问题。通过有限元分析,得到了铣削力各分量曲线并对其结果进行了分析。研究了铣削过程中工件中残余应力的分布情况,仿真结果与前人的试验结果具有较好的一致性。说明实际加工过程相符的真正意义上的三维有限元模拟是可行的,可以对铣削加工的合理优化提供确定的依据。该研究也可以拓展到其他材料铣削过程的三维有限元模拟中。

    Abstract:

    Based on ABAQUS system strong deformation analysis, the SiCp /Al of the milling process was simulated by finite element method analysis. The key technical issues equivalent simplified model of the material, the material parameters, the friction between the chip and tool types and delineation of the grid were studied. By means of FEA, simulation results of the milling force components curve were obtained and its results were analyzed. The simulation results of residual stresses on the machined surface were studied, which coincides with the experimental results under the same milling conditions as the simulations. The 3D finite element simulation of the actual processes is feasible, it can provide the basis for determining the rational optimization of milling. The method can also be extended to the 3D FEM simulations of the mechanical milling process of other materials.
