The constructing purpose of the fault simulation test rig for hydraulic actuator was introduced and its design requirements, structure and operating principle were presented later. After longplaying working test, the test rig is proved reliable which can meet the needs of experiment research and teaching demonstration. The test rig brings a new method for teaching and scientific research.
