    摘要:

    为使开放式数控系统LinuxCNC具有精确加工自由曲线的能力,研究了B样条曲线的数学模型及其插补原理,提出了三次B样条曲线算法,分析了LinuxCNC的Motion层原理,提出了在LinuxCNC系统中实现B样条曲线算法的设计步骤。实验仿真结果表明:B样条插补算法能在LinuxCNC系统中实现自由曲线的加工,并在预览界面中显示出较好的曲线加工效果。

    Abstract:

    To has the ability of accurate machining free curve for open numerical control system LinuxCNC, the BSpline mathematics model and its interpolation principle were studied, three BSpline curve interpolation algorithm was proposed. the moiton layer principle of LinuxCNC was analyzed, the degign steps of BSpline curve interpolation algorithm in LinuxCNC system was proposed. The experimental simulation results show that BSpline interpolation algorithm can realize the free curve processing in LinuxCNC system, and shows a good curve processing effect in the preview screen.
