    摘要:

    超声电机瞬态响应快,定位精度高;ARM控制器运算速度快。采用ARM控制器和超声电机提出一种数控切割机自动调高器的设计方案,设计了检测微电容的电容传感器电路、ARM控制器和超声电机的驱动控制电路,并对试验结果进行了分析。

    Abstract:

    Ultrasonic motor has the characteristics of fast response and high positioning accuracy. The ARM controller has quick computing speed. A design scheme of high precision height automatic adjustment system for NC cutting machine was put forward based on ultrasonic motor and ARM controller. The sensor circuit for detecting the microcapacitance, the ARM controller and the driving control circuit of ultrasonic motor were designed. The experimental results were analyzed.
