    摘要:

    滚动轴承在实际工况下并非全部都是恒速运转,在某些工况下一直处于变速工作,因此对变速过程的振动信号进行研究同样具有重要意义。在其变速工作过程中,振动信号包含大量的特征信息。并且由于此类信号所表现出非平稳性的特点,如果采用传统的频谱分析法分析,结果就会出现严重的“频率模糊”现象,很难提取到故障信息。所以提出了一种基于阶次跟踪和小波包分析相结合的诊断方法。首先对升速过程时测得的原始时域信号进行等角度重采样,然后对重采样后的角域信号进行小波包分解和重构,最后对重构信号进行阶次谱分析。通过仿真信号验证和实例分析,能够对滚动轴承故障进行有效诊断,从而表明本方法的有效性。

    Abstract:

    On the actual working conditions, the operation of rolling bearing is not all the constant speed. Sometimes it also works in a variable, so studying on vibration signal of changing speed process is of great significance. In the process of its variable speed, vibration signal also contains a large number of characteristic information. If using the traditional spectrum analysis, the results appear serious phenomenon of“frequency smear”which is difficult to extract the fault information.So a method which studies on fault diagnosis based on the combination of order tracking and wavelet packet was proposed. First of all, the original timedomain signal which was sampled in ascending period was converted to angulardomain signal, then the angulardomain signal was decomposed and reconstructed by the wavelet packet .The reconstructed signal was analyzed by order spectrum analysis. Through the analysis of simulation signal and example, it can effectively diagnose the rolling bearing fault, which shows the effectiveness of the method.
