    摘要:

    高精密皮带轴主要应用于精密机械加工,它的整体性能直接影响到机械加工的质量和精度。设计了一款用于立式加工中心的高精密皮带轴,采用理论计算分析和试验验证的方法,针对皮带轴设计过程中,涉及到的主轴外观尺寸、轴承的类型选择和组合方式、拉刀机构的选用、密封装置的选用进行了详细分析计算和验证,并完成了出厂测试。测试证明:该皮带轴的整体性能满足了立式加工中心的加工要求,能够保障工件的加工精度。

    Abstract:

    Highprecision belt axes are mainly used in precision machinery machining, the overall performance of which directly affects the quality and precision machining. A highprecision belt axis used in vertical machining center was designed. By using the method of experimental verification and theoretical analysis with calculation, aimed at the design process for the belt axis, among which concerned with the appearance of size of spindle, type of bearing selection and combination method, mechanism of broacher to choose from and selection of seals devices were analyzed in detail with calculation and verification, and leave factory testing was completed. The testing proves that the overall performance of this belt axis meets the machining requirements of vertical machining centers, which can ensure the machining precision of the workpiece.
