Abstract:Taking the CNC lathe with hydraulic chuck clamping system as body,a hydraulic experimental platform was designed, using hydraulic station power to drive the tailstock,and using PLC to control the movement of hydraulic clamping and hydraulic tailstock. In order to facilitate the students to carry out hydraulic experiment, especially the alignment experiment of mechanical electrical and hydraulic, PLC, throttle valve, pressure gauge etc were integrated into a single work station. Under the premise of ensuring hydraulic chuck clamping system normal work, this design digs up the potential of the equipment, expands its function, and the idea that hydraulic experiment combining with CNC lathe provides reference in the peer.
