Abstract:The controller of synchronized drive is basically industrial personal computer (IPC) or programmable logical controller (PLC). Although with the advantages of simple constitution and easy automation, the expensive price, large volume and little specificity are the disadvantages of IPC or PLC. According to the characteristics of hydraulic double cylinder synchronous drive, in order to provide a dedicated controller for small and cheap, a AVR MCUbased controller was designed. And a detailed description of the hardware and software was presented. Especially in the aspect of detection and transmission of hydraulic cylinder displacement data, the magnetostrictive displacement sensor with high precision and synchronous serial interface (Synchronous Serial Interface, SSI) output technology was used to improve the antiinterference performance of the data transmission process. Finally, the experiment results demonstrates the usefulness of the designed controller.
