    摘要:

    基于液压挖掘机工作装置机械系统和液压系统高度耦合特点,提出了一种机液联合仿真方法,分别建立了其机械系统和液压系统模型,运用计算机联合仿真与集成优化技术,实现了机械系统和液压系统的联合仿真,获得了工作装置的动态性能,提高了建模与仿真效率,将系统的控制信号与跟踪信号进行了对比,验证了联合仿真的精确性和可靠性。

    Abstract:

    Based on the characteristics of system of highly hydraulicmechanical coupled of the excavator working equipment assembly, a hydraulicmechanical integrated simulation method was proposed. By applying the technology of computer integrated simulation and optimization, the models of mechanical system and hydraulic system were built separately, and cosimulation of the hydraulic system and mechanical system was realized. The dynamic performance of the working equipment was analyzed, and modeling and simulation efficiency were improved. The accuracy and reliability of the cosimulation is verified by comparing the followed up signals with the control ones of system.
