    摘要:

    滚动轴承的早期故障信号很微弱,常规的振动法很难检测。声发射检测法具有采集较宽频率范围信号的特点,采用声发射法对内圈缺陷滚动轴承进行检测,采集宽频的声发射信号,利用小波分析方法把信号分解在不同频带,对低频信号进行重构,将重构后的包络谱特征频带与内圈故障理论特征频率相比较,结果表明:在包络谱图上可以找到理论的故障特征频率范围,这说明包络谱分析法对滚动轴承内圈故障声发射诊断是有效的。

    Abstract:

    The early fault signal of rolling bearing is so weak that it is difficult to detect by the conventional vibration method.Acoustic emission detection method has characteristics of acquiring more wide frequency range of signal,which is adopted to detect the rolling bearing inner ring fault and to gather the wide frequency acoustic emission signal.By using the wavelet analysis method,the signal in different frequency band was decomposed and lowfrequency signal was reconstructed,which was then compared of the envelope spectrum characteristics of reconstruction frequency band with the frequency of inner ring fault in theory.The results show that the theoretical fault characteristic frequency range can be found on the envelope spectrum diagram,which indicates that it is effective for rolling bearing inner ring fault in acoustic emission diagnosis by the envelope spectrum method.
