    摘要:

    通过对卧式垃圾压块机的研究,设计出了以液压为动力的翻转上料机构;使用Solidworks对六连杆翻转机构进行建模;选用ADAMS仿真软件对所设计的机构进行运动仿真,并且建立以获得最小的液压缸举升力为目的的目标函数,求得液压缸布置的最优位置;并设计出了合理的液压回路。使上料过程更加平稳,降低了投入成本,减少了能源浪费。

    Abstract:

    Through the study of horizontal waste briquetting machines, the reverse feeding mechanism driven by hydraulic pressure was designed. Solidworks was used to model for six linkage reverse mechanism, and ADAMS simulation software was used to simulate motion for the designed mechanism.The objective function was established that aimed at obtaining a hydraulic cylinders minimum lifting force. The optimum position of the layout of hydraulic cylinder was solved, and a reasonable hydraulic circuit was designed. The feeding process is made more smoothly, the cost investment is reduced and the energy waste is cut down.
