A dynamic simulation model of tank filling process of constant pressurefeed pose control system was established in considering capacity effect of multicavities, properties of real gas and heat transfer of the system and other main nonlinear factors by using AMESim software for modeling and simulation software, and secondary development of buffering valve is founded based on means of signalprocessing for modeling of sealing pressure ratio. The reason of starting overshoot of leader valve was that the pressure of underpressure cavities was not synchronous, by considering from analysis. By comparing effects of four improvements of simulation predication and balancing efficiency ration, the improvement scheme of adding flow limited orifice at the entrance of buffering valve was selected finally, and the verification experiment was launched. The effervescence of improvements was certified by experimental results. The solution of starting overshoot was testified by results of hot engine test with the improved products.
