    摘要:

    针对目前矿井皮带机传统的张紧形式存在的对操作人员和矿井设计要求较高、局限性大,设计了一套皮带机自动张紧系统,可以保证皮带机在启动和正常运行两种工况下的张力自动调整,保证输送带和滚筒之间产生一定的摩擦力,限制输送带在各支承点的垂度,保证物料的正常输送,避免皮带产生打滑和断带现象,提高皮带使用寿命。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the high design requirements and limitations to operators and mine,which were brought by traditional mine belt conveyor tensioning form, a kind of automatic tensioning system for a belt conveyor was designed. The tension automatic adjustment of belt conveyor could be ensured in two conditions of the startup and normal operation, to ensure that certain friction was produced between the conveyer belt and the roller, to limit the verticality in each bearing point of sag. So the normal conveying of material can be guaranteed, skid and fault phenomenon of the belt can be avoided, the service life of the belt can be improved.
